Teaching positions available across all major districts of Balochistan
Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for teaching positions. Candidates must meet the prescribed academic qualifications for the relevant post and will be ranked according to the approved academic merit criteria.
Required Qualification:
BS (4 Years) in any of the following subjects from a recognized university: Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology
OR
Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Botany or Zoology from a recognized university.
Eligible Candidates: Candidates possessing the prescribed qualification in a relevant Science subject.
Required Qualification:
BS Statistics or BS Mathematics (4 Years) from a recognized university;
OR
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from a recognized university;
OR
Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Statistics from a recognized university.
Eligible Candidates: Candidates possessing the prescribed qualification in Mathematics, Statistics or the specified equivalent qualification.
Required Qualification:
BS English (4 Years) from a recognized university;
OR
Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university.
Eligible Candidates: Candidates possessing the prescribed qualification in English.
In case candidates with BS / MSc qualifications in Science and Mathematics subjects are not available in a particular UC, candidates having a BSc Degree in relevant subjects may also be considered, in accordance with the prescribed policy.
Eligible candidates will be ranked on the basis of the prescribed Academic Qualification Weightage, with a total merit framework of 100 marks.
Candidates holding higher qualifications in the relevant subject may receive additional marks:
• M.Phil / MS: 05 additional marks
• PhD: 10 additional marks
• M.Phil/MS and PhD are treated as alternatives for the higher-qualification component.
Step 1 — Eligibility Screening: The candidate's academic qualification is checked against the requirements of the applied teaching post.
Step 2 — Academic Verification: Submitted educational credentials are reviewed and verified according to the applicable recruitment policy.
Step 3 — Merit Calculation: Academic marks are calculated according to the prescribed weightage formula.
Step 4 — Higher Qualification Assessment: Where applicable, additional marks for M.Phil/MS or PhD in the relevant subject are considered.
Step 5 — Final Merit List: Eligible candidates are ranked according to their calculated merit score and the approved recruitment rules.
Meeting the minimum qualification does not automatically guarantee selection. Candidates will be considered subject to eligibility, verification, merit ranking, available vacancies and applicable recruitment policy.
